Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain accurate inventory levels in a distribution center and perform reports, audits, and system verification to support shipping and receiving. The role may involve site-specific duties such as recalls and quality tasks.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; associate degree or two years of equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Familiar with ISO requirements preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail.
• Pass Background and Drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain perpetual inventory and generate inventory reports.
• Perform daily cycle counts and audits; monitor damaged product and report to leadership.
• Verify clerical records against physical counts; investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate product recalls, holds/releases, and returns as needed.
• Ensure facility readiness for inspections (SQFI, FDA, etc.).
• Support site quality management program and maintain related SOPs.
