As part of our continued growth, we seek a skilled Inventory Specialist to join our team, contributing to our production and quality goals.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain consistent stock levels, reorder as needed.
  • Establish backup sources for high-demand items.
  • Analyze inventory reports to optimize delivery schedules.
  • Provide inventory reports to management.
  • Keep accurate records of goods received and shipped.
  • Manage and upgrade inventory system software.
  • Conduct physical inventory audits regularly.
  • Assist with annual physical counts.
  • Operate forklift when necessary.
  • Support material handling and sorting processes.
  • Use automated counting scales for inventory accuracy.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Efficient stocking and picking skills.
  • Excellent communication with team and vendors.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
  • Highly organized, able to work independently.
Preferred Skills
  • CIN 7 ERP management knowledge.
Experience and Education
