This position is responsible for performing physical inventory counts and validating system data accuracy against location counts.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts of inventory items.
2. Follow established cycle counting schedules and procedures.
3. Accurately record count data and update inventory systems.
4. Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies and variances.
5. Collaborate with materials and inventory control teams to resolve discrepancies.
6. Maintain high levels of accuracy in inventory records.
7. Ensure all inventory adjustments are properly documented and authorized.
8. Assist in developing and implementing inventory control procedures.
9. Maintain organized and up-to-date records of cycle counts and inventory adjustments.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Ability to lift light to heavy-weight materials (up to 50 lbs / 22 kg).
• Ability to perform pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling, and reaching during a full shift (8-12 hours).
• Ability to stand and walk constantly over a full shift on concrete surfaces.
• Possible exposure to noise levels requiring hearing protection.
