This position is responsible for performing physical inventory counts and validating system data accuracy against location counts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts of inventory items.
- Follow established cycle counting schedules and procedures.
- Accurately record count data and update inventory systems.
- Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies and variances.
- Collaborate with materials and inventory control teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy in inventory records.
- Ensure all inventory adjustments are properly documented and authorized.
- Assist in developing and implementing inventory control procedures.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of cycle counts and inventory adjustments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience Requirements
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with inventory management systems and data entry.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Ability to lift light to heavy-weight materials (up to 50 lbs / 22 kg).
- Ability to perform pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling, and reaching during a full shift (8-12 hours).
- Ability to stand and walk constantly over a full shift on concrete surfaces.
- Possible exposure to noise levels requiring hearing protection.
