Job Description

Perform inventory control and analytical duties to support manufacturing. Responsibilities include inventory management, material receiving, quality monitoring, and restocking Kanban materials. Collaborate with procurement to ensure accurate inventories supporting manufacturing needs. Additional duties include completing stock transactions in SAP, physical inventory counts, delivery coordination, monitoring expiration dates, and other related tasks.

Schedule

Every other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 5:45 PM to 6:00 AM.

Ideal Candidate

• Can coordinate material flow through receiving inspection.
• Can input, update, and verify data in computer systems to track material status.
• Can handle routine questions and maintain communication with departments.
• Can log order info and maintain records, generate reports.
• Can maintain inventories in SAP and monitor third-party warehouse websites.
• Can perform physical inventories and receive deliveries.
• Can perform quality checks and transact material movements in SAP.
• Can maintain spreadsheets.

Requirements

• H.S. diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Problem-solving skills.
