Job Description

The Inventory Control Specialist performs inventory management, material receiving, quality monitoring, restocking Kanban materials, and supports manufacturing needs through SAP transactions, physical inventory counts, and delivery coordination. The role involves close collaboration with procurement and other departments to ensure inventory accuracy and support production schedules.

Schedule

Every other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 5:45 pm to 6:00 am.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Ability to coordinate material flow and handle routine questions effectively.
  • Proficient in computer systems related to inventory management, including SAP.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience with ERP and SAP is a plus.
  • U.S. citizenship, legal residency, asylum, or refugee status required.
Minimum Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
