Job summary

Concordance Healthcare Solutions in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to support accurate inventory across our distribution network. You will perform cycle counts, verify items against invoices, and collaborate with Accounting to ensure invoiced receipts match stock records.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1 year of warehouse or inventory experience, basic math, and strong computer skills (VAI or similar WMS is a plus).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year warehouse, inventory or distribution experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Basic math skills and computer literacy with WMS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and generate inventory reports.
• Verify returned items against invoices and manage restocking.
• Process customer credits and apply related charges.
• Pull vendor recalls and manage dead stock returns.
• Reconcile purchase orders and verify receivers and quantities.
• Maintain clear communication with vendors and internal teams.
• Support a positive, collaborative work environment.
