Job Overview:

Inventory Control Specialist

The Inventory Control Specialist checks inventory figures, postings, and documents to ensure accuracy.

Shift and Schedule:

  • Full-time
  • Monday-Friday
  • 6AM - finished
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed

Position Responsibilities:

  • Conduct physical inventories of full goods, input data into spreadsheets and SAP, use RF scanners, and perform hand counts.
  • Perform age inventory to ensure proper production rotation.
  • Administer cycle count procedures, research and reconcile inventory discrepancies, and handle follow-up questions.
  • Create STOs for transfers between locations.
  • Handle period-end inventory accounting duties related to warehouse operations.
  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute inventory reports.
  • Ensure SOX compliance with inventory checklists.
  • Support warehouse operations as needed.
  • Report daily to Warehouse Operations Supervisor.
  • Inspect warehouse daily for signage and slotting issues.
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops to review slotting for efficiency.
  • Report monthly on date codes.
  • Manage damaged and returned products.
  • Manage POS systems and keep areas organized.
  • Perform other duties as required.

  • Starting at $22/hr
