Inventory Control Specialist - 2nd Shift

Position Summary

The Inventory Control Specialist updates stock records and related information in Oracle to monitor the accuracy of inventory levels. Performs inventory transactions, manages daily cycle counting, and monthly inventory reporting. Assists in handling customer complaints using Netregulus software. Performs receiving and distribution tasks as needed. Requires forklift experience with Order Picker, Standup Forklift, and/or Reach Truck. Tracks not founds, monitors missing locations, and more.

Shift Hours: Monday - Friday 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

What You'll Do as an Inventory Control Specialist

• Schedule and coordinate daily cycle counts, including report preparation, physical counting, reconciliation, and data entry.
• Ensure all inventory transactions are accurately entered into Oracle and maintain records.
• Generate monthly expired lot reports, supervise stock movement, and perform Oracle transactions and reports.
• Generate monthly cycle count reports including total items, pieces, dollars counted, and adjustments.
• Monitor inventory transactions to recommend improvements.
• Assist in shipping complaint handling using Netregulus software, including input, research, and reporting.
• Review and report on inventory in the On Hold and Review areas.
• Collaborate with Distribution, Purchasing, and Customer Service on inventory variances and complaints.
• Set up locators in Oracle for incoming items without a location.
• Process inspection receipts using AS400 and perform sub-inventory transfers in Oracle.

Required:
