Inventory Control Specialist – Pittsburgh, PA

We’re seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist at our Pittsburgh, PA site to manage shipping, receiving, and inventory processes. You’ll ensure timely delivery of goods, maintain accurate records, and support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage receiving, inventory, and shipping using Epicor ERP.
• Coordinate material receipts, cycle counts, and inventory organization.
• Execute packaging and shipping, including bills of lading and customs documents.
• Support ISO certification readiness with work instructions and procedures.
• Resolve customer and carrier issues related to shipments.
• Assist with supply procurement and other assigned duties.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in a senior inventory or shipping/receiving role.
• Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred), international shipping, and inventory management.
• Proficiency with heavy machinery (forklift, pallet jack).
• Ability to lift 40+ pounds.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with supply chain knowledge.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 (2015 standard preferred).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Technical proficiency (MS Office, ERP, reading technical drawings).
• Results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
