Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company in Monroe, LA is seeking an Inventory Clerk to monitor and maintain accurate stock levels within our Inventory Management System. You will greet customers and contribute to our core service standard by ensuring shelves reflect current inventory and pricing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Partners must be 21 years of age or older to drive for Company business.
• High school Diploma or GED and one or more years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs stock counts in the Inventory Management System daily to ensure accuracy of product balances on hand.
• Maintains accurate inventory levels through proper ordering and receiving of product.
• Ensures all pending inventory transactions are reviewed and completed daily.
• Communicates with store director on inventory levels; researches any shortages and corrects unacceptable shelf conditions.
• Maintains clean, safe and sanitary working and shopping environment by adhering to Company safety procedures.
