Job summary

Alfa Laval’s Houston site is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage inventory, shipping/receiving, and transactional accuracy in our ERP system. You will receive, stock, pick, pack, and ship parts while maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service.

This on-site role emphasizes teamwork, meticulous planning, and adherence to safety and quality processes. You should have at least a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in warehousing, with proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft

Qualifications

High school education or GED with relevant experience.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in warehousing, shipping/receiving, or materials control.
Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong customer focus, agility, continuous learning ability, and excellent organization and time management; detail-oriented and dependable.

Responsibilities

Match receipts to packing slips.
Pull parts and package for shipment with attention to detail and quality.
Stock products upon delivery, perform cycle counts, and record all transactions in the ERP system.
Pull parts for work orders and fulfill shipment requests.
Enter transactions into the ERP system to maintain inventory accuracy.
Participate in status board meetings and contribute to improvement efforts.
