Job summary

Alfa Laval's Richmond facility is seeking a 1st shift Warehouse Worker - Inventory Control to perform cycle counts, location auditing, and pre-production verification using standard operating procedures.

You will operate forklifts and order pickers, enter results in D365, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with teams to resolve material issues; safety and 5S are emphasized. The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years in inventory control.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in inventory control, warehousing, or manufacturing.
• Forklift operation certification preferred; basic math and measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive daily work assignments and complete cycle counting and location audits.
• Enter and validate count results and adjustments in D365 or other systems.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate with teams to resolve issues.
• Conduct pre-production audits to verify part numbers and locations.
• Maintain 5S and safety standards in inventory areas.
