Job summary

Sephora's Avon, IN distribution center is seeking a Shift Coordinator who will work closely with associates to ensure productivity, accuracy, safety, and security standards are met. You will assign tasks, monitor progress, operate WMS systems, balance inventory, and support cross-shift communications.

The role requires the ability to train teammates, enforce safety rules, handle multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality internal and external customer service.

Qualifications

• College degree or relevant work experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Know how differing operating activities impact distribution center functioning.
• Use in-house systems to track and monitor work activities.
• Prioritize and assign tasks to associates to achieve goals.
• Communicate daily work goals to team and coordinate against action plan.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Train associates in required procedures and safety rules.
