Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Shift Coordinator at our Avon, IN distribution center to lead a team, ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety across shifts. You will monitor workflow, assign tasks, and train associates while using the WMS and internal systems to track progress.

Qualifications

• College degree or relevant work experience required.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook is required.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work varying shifts and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks and monitor progress to meet standards.
• Use WMS and in-house systems to track activities.
• Assign tasks and communicate daily goals to the team.
• Train associates on procedures as described in SOPs.
• Uphold safety and Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
• Maintain attendance and flexible scheduling as required.
• Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.
