Job summary

The Inventory Control Specialist at Tractor Supply Company is primarily responsible for inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines that support store operations. The role executes receiving, inventory adjustment, reconciliation, transfer, buyback/RTV, compliance, and reporting processes while maintaining partnership with the Store Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA.
• Receive Direct POs and store shipments.
• Pull OMNI orders in the morning and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation.
• Stock and tag freight according to process standards.
• Operate forklift and other equipment as needed.
