Job summary

VICI is seeking an Inventory Control & Receiving Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations for retail and ecommerce. You will lead a team in the distribution center, plan labor, coach staff, and ensure safety and accuracy in processes.

This full-time role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a focus on efficiency and compliance. Located in California, the position offers growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years prior experience in warehouse operations; retail/ecommerce industry experience desired
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google products and WMS platforms
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language fluently, and communicate verbally and in writing at a professional level
• High School Diploma required

Responsibilities

• Directly manages a team and provides day-to-day leadership within the distribution center to achieve daily responsibilities
• Plans daily labor allocations, track attendance, approve all timecards and time off requests
• Maintain a high level of morale within team and cross-functional business partners in accordance with the company core values and culture
• Evaluate daily productivity levels and partner closely with peers to determine necessary adjustments to staffing in order to balance production
• Responsible for investigating and resolving complex problems, escalating as needed to senior leadership for support
• Track and maintain performance against daily operational metrics/KPIs; provide regular reporting and advice to leadership on operational improvements and efficiencies
• Maintain consistent communication and coordination with all business partners to ensure alignment on business objectives, updates, and operational requirements.
