Job summary

VersaDesk is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to oversee end-to-end inventory across manufacturing and e-commerce operations in Los Angeles, CA. You will partner with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, Sales and Accounting to ensure accuracy, availability, and optimization of stock.

You will lead cross-functional teams, implement improvement initiatives, and drive inventory forecasting and controls to reduce waste and improve efficiency while maintaining tight governance across the supply

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in inventory management or related field.
• Experience managing inventory across full lifecycle (raw materials to finished goods).
• Worldwide/international inventory management experience.
• Strong understanding of warehouse, receiving, production, and distribution processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory from raw materials to finished goods.
• Establish and maintain inventory control systems and procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels, movements, discrepancies and audits.
• Lead physical counts, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
• Analyze data and provide reporting and recommendations.
• Develop and improve forecasting, replenishment, and planning processes.
