Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking an ICQA Associate to uphold inventory accuracy and product quality within our distribution center. Reporting to the ICQA Manager, you will perform cycle counts, audits, inspections of shipments with handheld scanners, verify stock levels, and resolve discrepancies while following OSHA standards.

You will help minimize errors and support exceptional customer service through attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Proficient in inventory management and quality control procedures.
• Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping.
• Analytical skills to identify discrepancies and trends.
• Familiar with inventory management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily inventory levels to ensure accuracy and prevent stockouts or overstock.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments using handheld scanners and verify stock levels.
• Document defects and quality issues; collaborate to resolve and implement corrective actions.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
