NAPA, a leader in automotive parts distribution, seeks an ICQA Associate to ensure inventory accuracy and product quality in the distribution center. You will perform cycle counts, audits, inspect shipments with handheld scanners, verify stock levels, and resolve discrepancies.

Working with warehouse teams, you will monitor storage conditions, support safety standards, and report quality issues, contributing to on-time order fulfillment and exceptional customer service.

Qualificações

• Must have experience with inventory control and QA processes.
• Familiarity with handheld scanners and cycle counting.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor daily inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Conduct quality inspections on incoming, in-process, and finished goods.
• Identify and report defects or deviations and support corrective actions.
• Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to maintain accuracy and quality.
