Job summary

NAPA is seeking an Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) Associate for our York, PA distribution center. The role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, conducting cycle counts, audits, and QA inspections of shipments using handheld scanners, while adhering to safety standards and OSHA guidelines.

You will work closely with warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies, monitor storage conditions, and support continuous improvement in inventory management and product quality.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with inventory management and QA processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Ability to analyze discrepancies and support corrective actions.
• Experience with handheld scanning and warehouse systems is a plus.
