Job summary

Genuine Parts Company (NAPA) seeks an ICQA Associate to uphold inventory accuracy and product quality within the distribution center. The role reports to the ICQA Manager and focuses on cycle counts, audits, and inspections using handheld scanners to verify stock levels.

You will resolve discrepancies, monitor storage conditions, and collaborate with warehouse teams to minimize errors and improve operational efficiency while adhering to safety guidelines, OSHA standards, and equipment handling.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of inventory management systems and quality control procedures.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Analytical ability to identify discrepancies and support problem resolution.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily inventory levels and prevent stockouts or overstock.
• Conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments using handheld scanners and verify stock levels.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies and monitor storage conditions.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to improve accuracy and efficiency.
