Job summary

NAPA in the United States is hiring an ICQA Associate to ensure inventory accuracy and uphold product quality within our automotive parts distribution center. Reporting to the ICQA Manager, you will perform cycle counts, audits, and inspections using handheld scanners while maintaining precise records.

You will collaborate with warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies, monitor stock levels, and support safe, efficient operations following OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of distribution center experience preferred.
• Proficient with inventory management systems and quality control procedures.
• Experience with handheld scanning technology is a plus.
• Knowledge of product safety and quality regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished products for quality.
• Document findings and coordinate corrective actions with teams.
• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with safety standards.
