Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years in inventory control, warehousing, or distribution operations.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Experience managing cycle count programs and inventory reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of cycle counters and inventory control personnel.
• Maintain ABC cycle counting program to meet accuracy objectives.
• Approve inventory adjustments per policies and authorization levels.
• Monitor accuracy, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead root cause investigations to reduce variances.
• Analyze receipts, issues, transfers, scrap, and adjustments for accuracy.
• Establish and maintain inventory control procedures and SOPs.
• Coordinate annual physical inventories including planning and reporting.
• Ensure ERP transaction processing and data integrity.
