Job summary

Conectiv Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a Supervisor, Warehouse Cycle Count/Inventory to oversee cycle count and replenishment activities across the distribution center. You will ensure accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and partner with operations, quality, and customer service to drive improvements.

This role requires strong leadership, knowledge of warehouse systems, and the ability to manage performance while leveraging data analytics to optimize inventory and service levels.

• Lead inventory control processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance management for the inventory team.
• Leverage inventory management systems and data analysis to optimize warehouse performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and ISO work instructions.
