Job summary

Cox Automotive in New Jersey seeks a Lot Operations Specialist II to manage tracker inventory and reconcile billing invoices. You will lead actions on returns, RFA items, and coordinate with management to optimize stock levels at the location.

Role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and durable teamwork. You’ll work a daytime on-site schedule with potential process improvements and training delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years’ related experience.
• Alternative: 5 years’ related field experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive manual/automatic.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for location’s tracker inventory and reconciliation of billing invoices.
• Retrieval of trackers requiring attention (RFA) and determine corrective action.
• Return defective trackers to Cox2M; ensure UI and billing reflect returns/new orders.
• Monitor vehicle inventory levels and coordinate with Management to manage stock.
• Review inventory analytics and adhere to project metrics.
• Communicate status to Leadership and Global Inventory Control Manager.
