Job summary

Cox Automotive in Kent, WA seeks an Inventory Control Clerk to manage tracker inventory, reconcile invoices, and oversee returns. You will ensure GPS tracking is accurate and collaborate with management to balance vehicle stock and prevent variances.

Responsibilities include reviewing analytics, communicating status to leadership, and supporting Lot Vision deployments while promoting process improvements across teams.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with related field experience.
• Strong inventory control and analytical skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for tracker inventory and reconciliation of invoices.
• Manage retrieval of trackers requiring attention and determine corrective action.
• Return defective trackers to Cox2M; ensure UI and billing reflect returns.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with leadership to manage spikes.
• Review inventory analytics dashboard and adhere to metrics.
