Crusoe is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to maintain optimal inventory levels, manage materials in the ERP system, and conduct annual physical inventories. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely access to materials, and support for production lines.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of inventory control experience in manufacturing and is proficient with MRP/ERP systems. This is a full-time, on-site position with comprehensive benefits and a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of inventory control experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to meet physical demands (lifting, pushing, pulling).
• Safety-sensitive position; Drug and alcohol program participation required.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory transactions and documentation for multiple projects.
• Perform cycle counts to control inventory accuracy and minimize variances.
• Support production floor with parts, kitting, and unboxing to speed up production times.
• Use ERP/MRP systems to track materials accurately.
• Assist in annual inventory planning and disposal of surplus materials.
