Job summary

Crusoe is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to maintain optimal inventory levels, manage ERP/WMS materials, and conduct annual inventories. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of inventory control experience in manufacturing and are proficient with MRP systems.

This full-time role supports production and warehousing operations. Responsibilities include cycle counts, BOM verification, and material handling on the production floor.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting and moving materials.
• Safety-sensitive role requiring drug and alcohol program participation.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory transactions across multiple projects in ERP/WMS.
• Conduct monthly cycle counts to control accuracy and minimize variances.
• Assist production floor with material handling, kitting and walking parts to jobs.
• Double-check BOMs for projects moving to production.
• Support warehouse tasks: receiving, unloading, cleaning, and picking items.
• Assist in annual inventory planning and disposal of surplus materials.
