Job summary

Grahamjobs is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to ensure on-hand inventory matches system records and support audits. Daily visual checks and weekly cycle counts are required, with attention to accuracy and reporting standards.

You will work with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, IQMS) and Excel, visit external warehouse sites weekly, and keep item data up to date. Backup duties for Buyer/Planner may be assigned.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inventory control experience in manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, IQMS) and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect inventory daily to ensure on-hand quantity matches system records.
• Maintain accurate records for audits and reporting requirements.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts on packaged raw materials for accuracy.
• Visit outside warehouse locations weekly to verify inventory storage and condition.
• Update item locations, descriptions and classifications in the ERP system.
• Assist in transfers, adjustments and returns with proper documentation.
• Support best practices to reduce inaccuracies and improve traceability.
• Learn Buyer/Planner duties to serve as backup during leave.
