Job summary

NoTrax - a Justrite Safety Group Company in Moselle, MS is seeking an Inventory Control & Materials Handling specialist to manage stock accuracy, cycle counts, and data reporting. You will partner with production and logistics teams to streamline material flow and ensure compliance with policies.

Responsibilities include inventory audits, documenting receipts and movements, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years in inventory control, materials management, or related roles in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of inventory flow, cycle counting, physical inventory, and reconciliation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze inventory levels, transactions, and variances to identify trends and discrepancies.
• Support inventory flow processes including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate inventory with production and supply chain.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with control policies.
• Prepare inventory reports and provide data to support decision-making.
• Participate in internal and external inventory audits.
• Utilize ERP/WMS systems to support accurate inventory tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate movement, storage, and distribution of materials to meet operations.
• Conduct cycle counts, audits, and physical inventory activities; investigate discrepancies.
• Provide guidance and training on inventory control procedures and safety.
