Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of inventory control, materials management, or related manufacturing experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of inventory flow, cycle counting, physical inventories, and reconciliation.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze inventory levels, transactions, and variances to identify trends and discrepancies.
• Support receiving, storage, picking, and shipping to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory with production and supply chain.
• Maintain inventory records and comply with control policies.
• Prepare reports and provide data to support decisions.
• Participate in internal and external inventory audits.
• Utilize ERP/WMS systems to track and report inventory.
