Job summary

AROW Global is seeking an Inventory Control - Material Handling associate in Mosinee, WI. This full-time role involves staging and stocking materials for production, delivering materials between departments, and performing cycle counts to ensure accuracy.

You will read blueprints, use tape measures and hand tools, and must become forklift certified within 30 days. The position includes comprehensive benefits after 30 days and a sign-on bonus, with a schedule that may require overtime on Fridays.

Qualifications

Shifts Available:

(Fridays as needed for overtime, we are currently working 8 hours on Fridays)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Staging and stocking needed materials for production

Requirements:

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills as well as the ability to read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Ability to read/use a tape measure and various hand tools
• Ability to adapt – must be flexible
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Must be willing to become forklift certified within the first 30 days of employment
• Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required – willing to train the right candidate
