Job summary

AROW Global Corp. in Mosinee, Wisconsin, is seeking a Bender Operator to set up, operate, and monitor aluminum bending equipment in a fabrication environment.

You will read blueprints and specifications, adjust machine settings, monitor production for quality, and inspect finished parts to meet exact tolerances. This is a full-time role offering comprehensive benefits and a competitive hourly wage.

BENDER OPERATOR

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.

• Set up, operate, and monitor aluminum bending equipment according to production requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
• Make adjustments to machine settings as necessary to maintain proper dimensions and tolerances
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure conformance to specifications

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fabrication environment is required
• Basic reading, and writing skills as well as the ability to read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Ability to do basic math quickly and think spatially to make program adjustments.
• Ability to fabricate components
• Understanding of tooling and tooling requirements for different machining operations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
• Reliability and proven attendance at past jobs
• Two (2) weeks of vacation, on an accrual system
