Job summary

AROW Global Corp is seeking a Production Assembly worker for a Friday–Sunday weekend shift in Mosinee, WI. The role involves assembling windows to customer specifications, using hand tools, and ensuring quality.

This position requires training on first or second shift before moving to the weekend schedule and offers a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits. Paid holidays, vacation accrual, and a company 401(k) match are included.

Qualifications

• Able to read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Able to read/use a tape measure and various hand tools.
• Must be flexible and adaptable to changing needs.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good communication with team members and supervisors.
• Willing to obtain forklift certification within 30 days of hire.
• Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required; training provided for right candidate.
• Reliable with strong attendance history.
• Two weeks of vacation accrual.

Responsibilities

• Assemble windows from drawings and blueprints according to customer specs.

• Collaborate closely with team members.
• Package and prepare windows for shipping.

Salary Range: $22.00 To $23.50 Hourly

Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6am-6pm, work 36 - Paid for 40! Plus, a $2 per hour shift premium!

This new shift will need to cross train from flush assembly into framed assembly

YOU MUST ALSO BE WILLING TO TRAIN ON 1st or 2nd SHIFT FOR SEVERAL WEEKS BEFORE MOVING TO YOUR REGULAR WEEKEND SHIFT

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Using drawings and blueprints, accurately assemble windows according to customer specifications
• Use of hand tools (drills, screwdrivers, hammers) and various measuring equipment
• Ensure quality on all assembled and pre-assembled materials
• Work closely with a team
• Package and prepare windows for shipping
• Support and cross-train in other production areas as needed

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills, as well as the ability to read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Ability to read/use a tape measure and various hand tools
• Ability to adapt – must be flexible
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Must be willing to become forklift certified within the first 30 days of employment
• Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required – willing to train the right candidate
• Reliability and proven attendance at past jobs
• Two (2) weeks of vacation, on an accrual system
