Job summary

McKinstry is seeking an Inventory Manager to lead inventory control and material movement across multiple manufacturing sites, including Seattle and Spokane. You will oversee daily operations, develop procedures, and ensure ISO-compliant processes while collaborating with procurement, logistics, and production teams.

• Experience with cross-functional manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily inventory operations across receiving, storing, tracking, and distributing materials.
• Supports inventory across Seattle, Spokane, and other sites.
• Develops and maintains inventory control procedures.
• Operates within ISO-regulated manufacturing environment with extra compliance.
• Collaborates with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and value stream teams.
• Monitors and optimizes inventory levels and KPIs.
• Leads root-cause analysis for variances and implements improvements.
• Manages end-to-end inventory operations and ERP deployment readiness.
• Coaches and develops Inventory Specialists as needed.
