Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in inventory control or related manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory flow, ERP transaction processing, and data integrity.
• Experience monitoring controls via KPIs, reconciliations, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Validate inventory transactions reflect physical activity and are properly periodized.
• Develop and maintain governance documentation for inventory transactions.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions with operational teams.
• Ensure accuracy of operational data and downstream inventory reporting.
• Drive cycle counts, physical inventory, and variance investigations.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, Program Management, and IT to strengthen controls.
