U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to safeguard inventory accuracy and product availability across a large, multi-location retail network.

You will own the day-to-day control loop for key retail product families—driving action with field operations, purchasing, and stakeholders to resolve stockouts and data issues. This hands-on analytical role covers exception triage, root-cause analysis, replenishment planning, new-location readiness, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 4+ years in inventory control, planning/allocation, or multi-unit retail supply chain.
• Proven experience investigating discrepancies and driving corrective action.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with ERP / WMS / POS / BI reporting tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to brief executives and coach field partners.

Responsibilities

• Inventory accuracy & exception management across locations.
• Own product-level parameters, safety stock, and replenishment rules.
• Audit location-level assortments and program enrollment; correct master data.
• Support new-location readiness and inventory health for showroom remodels.
• Develop tools, reports, and playbooks to scale the control process.
