Job summary

Safran Cabin is seeking a Manager, Inventory Control to lead our warehousing, receiving, counting, and shipping functions in North America. You will drive inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and KPI reporting while guiding supervisors and staff to meet production and customer demands.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in inventory/logistics with 3+ years in management, plus ERP/MRP system familiarity and a Lean Six Sigma mindset. This role is on-site in Los Angeles, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse and inventory control or logistics management.
• 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience analyzing inventory and adjusting to reduce cash while maintaining high service.
• Lean Six Sigma experience.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end inventory control including receiving, kitting, cycle counting, put away and shipping.
• Lead KPI reporting for inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and turn-around times.
• Drive continuous improvement within the Logistics department.
• Supervise Supervisors and warehouse staff; build staffing plans.
• Collaborate with procurement to adjust stock levels and meet customer needs.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure on-time order fulfillment.
