Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking an Inventory Administrator to oversee inventory control, data accuracy, and daily warehouse operations in our Texas office.

The role requires strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and customer-service mindset to coordinate with staff and external partners while ensuring timely updates on stock and shipments.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with employees, leadership, vendors, and visitors.
  • Strong customer service mindset with a positive and collaborative attitude.
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Lead semi-annual physical counts and cycle counting procedures to ensure inventory records are accurate.
  • Maintain accurate product information, locations, quantities, and costs.
  • Assist and coordinate with external auditors for year-end audit and inventory observation procedures.
  • Enforce standard operating procedures for all inventory transfers and stock adjustments.
  • Manage return processing, restocks, and seasonal inventory rollovers.
  • Facilitate warehouse transfers and order pulls to support daily E-commerce and Event operations.
  • Collaborate with customer service to research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Fulfill specialized customer orders and provide timely shipment updates.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate computers, and office equipment.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and handle garments, samples, and presentation materials.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Work is performed primarily in an office environment with exposure to warehouse and production areas.
