Job summary

Albers Aerospace is seeking a warehouse inventory specialist to accurately receive, count, and stock materials in accordance with company standards. You will enter data into the ERP system to ensure records and material availability, and support daily inventory cycles.

The role requires attention to detail, basic math, teamwork, and a commitment to safety in a manufacturing environment with potential for extended hours based on workload.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of related warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to perform accurate data entry.
• Ability to work in a team environment with strong communication skills.
• Basic math skills for counting and inventory-related tasks.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools.
• Must be a U.S citizen.

Responsibilities

Job description

Responsible for accurately receiving, counting, and stocking materials in accordance with company standards. This role maintains organized inventory storage areas and enters all required data into the ERP system to ensure accurate records and material availability.

Essential Job Functions:

• Store materials in an orderly, accessible manner in warehouse and inventory areas.
• Pack and unpack items and restock shelves or storage locations as needed.
• Perform physical inventories of tools and materials.
• Inspect incoming materials for damage or defects and report issues to supervisor.
• Verify and record accuracy of incoming shipments.
• Distribute materials and supplies to teams as needed.
• Stock, organize, and maintain inventory areas to company standards.

Schedule:

The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 10 hour shifts, with the flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed based on workload demands.

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Work performed primarily in a manufacturing environment with exposure to loud noise levels.
