Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an Inventory Control Manager in Bristol, TN to oversee aluminum extrusion inventory, optimize stock levels, and lead cycle counts within a fast-paced plant environment.

You will ensure ERP workflows are streamlined, coordinate with procurement and production teams, and analyze inventory data to drive improvements. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–7 years of inventory/warehouse experience, along with strong Excel and ERP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain inventory control policies and procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
• Conduct regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and annual physical inventories.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze inventory reports, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, production, and logistics teams to optimize inventory flow.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of inventory transactions in ERP or inventory management systems.
• Forecast inventory requirements based on sales, production, and demand planning.
• Monitor inventory performance metrics, including inventory turnover and stock accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Prepare reports and present inventory performance to senior management.
