Randstad USA is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of a facility's warehouse operations, including safety, stock control, and logistics. The role requires a broad, ground-up understanding of inventory management, shipping/receiving, materials handling, pest control, and workforce management.

The position offers a first-shift schedule (8 AM - 4 PM) with a salary range of $60,500 to $68,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Serve as backup to Traffic Coordinator and operate forklift when needed.
• Direct, train, motivate, and monitor warehouse staff; manage scheduling and performance.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and well‑rounded Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of our facility's warehouse operations. From safety and stock control to team leadership and logistics, you will drive the safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch of raw materials, components, and finished products.

To succeed in this role, you must bring an established background across all parts of warehouse operations, not just one sector. We need a leader who thoroughly understands inventory management, shipping/receiving, material handling equipment, pest control protocols, and workforce management from the ground up.

salary: $60,500 - $68,000 per year

Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management

• Oversee full-cycle stock control, order processing, and proper disposal of obsolete materials.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports/statistics, including executing monthly physical inventory counts for clients as required.
• Coordinate all loading, unloading, and staging activities for raw materials and finished goods.
• Serve as an active backup to the Traffic Coordinator and operate a forklift when needed.

Team Leadership & Safety

• Direct, train, motivate, and monitor warehouse staff while fostering a culture of teamwork and productivity.
• Handle personnel management, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Lead with safety as the #1 priority—enforce workplace safety guidelines, proper equipment maintenance (forklifts/material handling), and overall facility security.
• Direct facility pest control activities and maintain strict housekeeping standards.

Quality & Compliance

• Enforce quality control standards and immediately communicate issues to executive leadership.
• Ensure all operational documentation and logs are accurately completed in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
