You will lead cycle counts, audits, and team training, partnering with warehouse leadership to drive continuous improvement, reduce moves, and ensure disciplined location control and robust inventory processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume clothing/textile manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented inventory leader with strong organizational skills.
• Proven ability to train and lead teams to achieve accuracy and discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory accuracy across multiple warehouse locations and various inventory types.
• Lead cycle counts, physical counts, location audits, and discrepancy investigations.
• Review movement history to ensure system transactions match physical flow.
• Investigate shortages, overages, misplacements, and recurring process failures.
• Partner with warehouse leadership to improve inventory flow and location discipline.
• Build and lead the inventory team to ensure daily execution and accountability.
