Job summary

Aspen One is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to ensure inventory accuracy across stores and warehouses, and to oversee cycle counts and physical counts. This in-person role reports to the Assistant Controller, Rental/Retail.

You will analyze inventory metrics, drive process improvements, and implement corrective actions with store and warehouse teams. Knowledge of Excel, SQL, NetSuite helps optimize performance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and relevant experience required.
• 5-7 years store and warehouse ops experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and SQL skills; NetSuite experience a plus.
• APICS certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and investigate rental and retail inventory movements to ensure system accuracy.
• Manage, audit and analyze cycle counts and physical counts, determining root cause of variances.
• Create and implement corrective action measures for significant inventory variances with store/warehouse teams.
• Identify shrinkage and root cause issues using available tools.
• Work with Accounting to adjust inventory levels to maintain accuracy.
• Provide regular inventory control reporting with insights on results.
