Job summary

Sara Lee Frozen Bakery is seeking a Corporate Inventory Control Manager to oversee product holds, releases, disposition, reconciliation, and inventory control across bakeries and 3PL partnerships. You will partner with FSQA, Supply Chain, Operations, and Sales to safeguard accurate records and timely product flow.

The role emphasizes leading holds and releases, inventory reconciliation, and process improvements to minimize losses and compliance risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, FSQA, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of inventory control, supply chain, warehousing, or related experience.
• Experience in food and beverage manufacturing or consumer packaged goods (CPG) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate process for holds, releases, dispositions, and reconciliation across bakeries and 3PL.
• Oversee daily reconciliation of hold statuses and inventory data across NetSuite and 3PL systems.
• Provide direction to bakery hold coordinators and management teams regarding inventory holds, releases, and disposition requirements.
• Analyze inventory aging and disposition reports and provide regular reporting to cross-functional partners.
• Coordinate recalls and provide FSQA support during product events and investigations.
