Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States and ability to pass urinalysis screening.

Responsibilities

• Directs hourly union shipping and receiving staff on shift.
• Reconciles inventories of raw materials and finished goods.
• Ensures lot-traceability and recalls procedures.
• Leads safety and quality meetings with crews and coordinates schedules and overtime.
• Manages shipping loads with Traffic, Distribution, and Deployment.
• Oversees plant floor operations across S&R functions and shifts.
• Participates in cost savings initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Maintains knowledge of plant policies, production needs, and labor relations.
• Ensures accurate reporting and use of ERP/MRP systems.
