Job summary

Rio Las Vegas is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead accuracy, reconciliation and loss-prevention across receiving, storage and operations. This role partners with Finance, Supply Chain, and Warehouse Operations to safeguard inventory and financial integrity.

You will oversee cycle counts, month-end processes, and KPI-driven improvements while maintaining proper segregation of duties and audit-ready documentation in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of inventory control, warehouse, purchasing, accounting or supply chain experience.
• Knowledge of physical inventory, cycle counting, reconciliation and internal controls.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and ERP inventory systems experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Hospitality, gaming or high-volume inventory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile inventory records in the approved system.
• Lead month-end counts, cycle counts, and annual inventories.
• Ensure adjustments are documented, reviewed and approved with proper segregation of duties.
• Monitor variances, inventory health and loss prevention actions.
• Prepare audit-ready inventory documentation and KPI reports.
