Job summary

Alo is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead daily inventory operations in our Las Vegas facility. You will supervise staff, perform cycle counts, and drive accuracy in stock levels while maintaining safety and compliance with company policies.

The role requires strong organizational skills, at least 3 years in inventory or warehouse operations, and proven leadership abilities. Expect hands-on work with various lifting activities and MHE equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Stand/walk up to 12 hours per shift.
• Experience with inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to delegate tasks and coach team members effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inventory control staff and daily operations.
• Monitor inventory levels; conduct cycle counts and audits.
• Investigate and resolve variances in a timely manner.
• Safely operate material handling equipment.
• Generate inventory reports for management.
• Collaborate with Product Integrity to address non-compliant inventory.
• Use WMS to track inventory movement.
• Train and evaluate staff on best practices and safety.
