Job summary

Rio Las Vegas is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to oversee inventory accuracy, reconciliation, and loss-prevention across receiving, storage, and operations. The role reports to Finance and partners with Supply Chain and Warehouse Operations.

You will lead cycle counts, month-end close, audits, and KPI development, ensuring segregation of duties and strong internal controls while supporting continuous improvement in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of inventory control, warehouse, purchasing, accounting or supply chain experience.
• Strong analytical, investigation, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with inventory management or ERP systems.
• Working knowledge of receiving, warehousing, purchasing, accounts payable and financial close processes.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records within the approved inventory management system and lead month-end inventory counts.
• Reconcile physical inventory to system balances and the general ledger; research variances and document actions.
• Review receiving, transfers, requisitions, returns, credits, withdrawals and adjustments for accuracy and traceability.
• Establish and enforce inventory control policies, procedures, count standards and supporting documentation.
• Develop inventory-related queries and data extracts to improve reporting accuracy and visibility.
• Train employees in inventory procedures and collaborate with Purchasing and Warehouse Operations.
