Job summary

Rio Las Vegas is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to oversee inventory accuracy, reconciliation, and loss-prevention controls across receiving, storage, and operating locations. You will lead cycle counts, month-end processes, and ensure documentation aligns with finance and operations.

The role reports to Finance with a partnership with Supply Chain and Warehouse Operations, ensuring timely issue resolution while maintaining proper segregation of duties and strong data integrity.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of inventory control, warehouse, purchasing, accounting or supply chain experience.
• Strong analytical, investigation, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with inventory management or ERP systems.
• Working knowledge of receiving, warehousing, purchasing, accounts payable and financial close processes.
• Ability to obtain and maintain any licenses, permits, registrations, or certifications required by applicable regulatory authorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records in the approved system and lead cycle counts each month.
• Reconcile physical inventory to system balances and investigate variances.
• Review transactions for accuracy, enforce segregation of duties, and enforce inventory policies.
